We have this conversation all the time. It usually goes like this…

  • Are you relaunching an existing product?
  • Are you going to pre-record all the content?
  • Are you going to teach it live?
  • Have you mapped out your curriculum?
  • Have you mapped the different levels (gold/silver/bronze) and your pricing?
